Mohamed Salah forced off with shoulder injury in Champions League final

A tearful Mo Salah was forced off early with a shoulder injury in Liverpool’s Champions League final showdown with Real Madrid.
The Egypt international, who has scored 44 goals in all competitions this season and had helped fire Jurgen Klopp’s side to the Kiev showpiece, left the field after 30 minutes after landing awkwardly following a challenge from Sergio Ramos.
Ramos kept hold of Salah’s arm as they tumbled to the ground, the Reds forward in visible discomfort as he lay on the pitch with his left arm outstretched.
The 25-year-old left the field in tears soon after – the game still goalless – and was replaced by Adam Lallana.
