Fitness guru Mr Motivator will be joined by Linda Lusardi for a week-long workout to raise money for older people during the coronavirus pandemic.

The workout is in support of Age UK’s Emergency Coronavirus Appeal and it aims to raise £10m.
Mr Motivator, whose real name is Derrick Evans, will broadcast daily 15-minute workouts between 4 May and 8 May on the Ideal World channel.
Also appearing will be Rustie Lee, Christopher Biggins and the stars of The Real Housewives Of Cheshire, all recording their contribution from home.

Mr Motivator said: “It’s a challenging time for us all at the moment.
“But none more so than the older generation, many of whom are feeling particularly isolated.
“Fitness is key to being able to maintain both your health and independence.
“That’s why, with the nation’s help, I hope my new lockdown workout sessions will help to raise significant funds for Age UK’s appeal.
“We may not be able to be together but together we can #workitout.”
Lusardi, 61, spent 10 days in hospital with fever, chest pains and vomiting due to the coronavirus.
The former Page 3 girl said: “I know at first hand how debilitating this disease can be.
“It is important to keep your fitness levels up. You know what they say, ‘a healthy body, equals a healthy mind’, which is so important at these uncertain times.
“That’s why I’m looking forward to supporting Mr Motivator this week in raising funds for Age UK.”
