The last act of The Run In will be shown live on Sky Sports with Manchester City and Liverpool’s final matches to be broadcast live on Sunday.
Champions City will start the day a point ahead of Liverpool following their nervy win over Leicester on Monday Night Football.
And you can follow all the action live on Sky Sports as we bring you both Liverpool and Manchester City’s final games on Sunday May 12.
City face Brighton at the Amex Stadium with the Seagulls already assured of their Premier League safety, while Liverpool host Wolves at Anfield.
Both games will kick-off at 3pm.
