Andres Iniesta bid an emotional farewell to Barcelona as he was substituted in his final game.
Iniesta was substituted with nine minutes to go during the league champions’ 1-0 win over Real Sociedad, giving him a chance to drink in the adulation of the 90,000-strong crowd inside the Nou Camp at the end of his 674th game for the club.
During that time he has won everything there is to win in football – the World Cup, two European Championships, nine La Liga titles, six Copa del Reys, seven Spanish Super Cups, four Champions Leagues, three UEFA Super Cups and three club World Cups.
